ILLEGAL ITEMS: Items that cannot be brought to the Sanderson Center:
- Political and religious signs and activities.
- Open flames, flammable fluids, candles etc., with the exception of gelled alcohol food warming fuel.
- Tobacco, including smokeless tobacco and vaping, alcohol, and illegal drugs.
TECHNOLOGY CHANGES:
Any changes with technology requests for all rooms
made less than 48 hours before your meeting/event will NOT be guaranteed.
All requests should be made by the POC only.
ICE:
Please be aware that if ice is needed, you can purchase ice at the gas station or Walmart.
VIDEOPHONE BOOTHS:
Sorenson Video Phone Booths are located in the Sanderson Center for public use.
PARKING:
If your event requires parking of more than 50 cars, contact our front desk at 801-657-5200.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Sanderson Center does not provide accommodations for meetings/events such as interpreters, CART, etc. We are pleased to present links to Interpreter Agencies and CART providers for your convenience.

WiFi FOR VISITORS:
Step 1. Close ALL browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, IE, etc.) on phone or laptop.
Step 2. Connect to the WiFi called “CapNet”.
Step 3. Open any browser.
Step 4. Type the link www.cnn.com and press Go or Enter key.
Step 5. When you see the webpage titled “Welcome to State of Utah Guest Wireless”, scroll to the bottom and click the “Accept” button.
You will be connected to the CapNet WiFi with wireless access to the Internet.
